Operating Principle of Two-Level Elevating and Transverse Moving Garage: The upper parking platform can be vertically lifted, while the lower parking platform can be moved horizontally. The lower platform has a vacant space that can be shifted left or right to create an empty spot. This allows the upper parking platform above the vacant space to descend to the ground level for vehicle retrieval. Vehicles on the lower parking platform do not need to move and can be directly driven out.
